A1. Subject B is likely to have airway obstruction. (FEV1<70% of  normal value).

A2. Vital capacity: Maximum volume of air that can be expired after a deep maximal inspiration.

FEV1 is the fraction of forced vital capacity expired in 1st sec of exhalation. FEV1= 80-82%
